We’ve Smashed It!

We have lots to celebrate and talk about this month, on 23rd March 2022 the world celebrated International Data Centre Day which is designed to develop awareness and understanding of the DC industry to inspire the next generation of talent into the sector. DC’s are a strategically important sector for us, and we are well on our way to meeting our business goals as we develop our client base.

Alongside our business growth, the B&W family continues to grow in line with our 5-year plan and in the last few days we have not only reached, but SMASHED through the 300 employee barrier. This month we have welcomed 19 new employees into our Global Team. We extend a warm welcome to everyone who has recently joined, giving a special shout out to Sujata Gupta (B&W Dubai) and Dave Despabiladeras (B&W Manila) – our joint 300th employees.

Since starting our journey in 2007 and rebranding to Black & White in August 2014, we have developed our unique business model to put our clients at the heart of everything we do. As we continue our journey, we are committed to creating opportunities for all employees and we know that our success is made possible through the commitment and dedication of our fantastic team.
