The Lollard Street project is a 7,500 m² development on the Ethelred housing estate. It provides affordable housing, new green spaces, and a nursery facility for Lambeth Council, as a condition for granting planning permission for the redevelopment of The Shell Centre at Waterloo by Braeburn Estates Partnership (JV between Canary Wharf Group Plc and Qatari Diar).

The new development consists of four 4-storey apartment blocks (A, B, C, D), one 16-storey apartment block (E), one 7-storey apartment block (F), 15 townhouses, a nursery, and an energy centre.

Black & White was appointed to provide design review and verification services, as well as the coordination of working drawings.
