Project WOW, LEED Platinum – Aldar HQ

Black & White Engineering continue collaboration with ATS – Al Tayer Stocks Building and Interior Division to retrofit an existing retail space, creating 167,000 sq. ft of modern workspace as the new headquarters for leading Abu Dhabi developer Aldar.

The new workspace features a large atrium opening and skylight installation, includes a variety of collaboration spaces, fully equipped gym, yoga studio, data centre, roof top garden and padel/tennis court.

Black & White developed the design from the employer’s requirements in close coordination with the contracting and design teams. This project further demonstrates our capability within the commercial sector and enhances our extensive portfolio of commercial projects.
