Full MEP design, vertical transportation and audio visual consultancy services for this 5-star Rotana Hotel.
The project is the first of its kind in Syria to have six levels of basement, three of which are car park levels and three consisting of back-of-house kitchens, laundries, ballroom, meeting rooms and offices resulting in the main focus of plant location all being below ground. This, coupled with the diverse annual climate conditions at 600m above sea level resulted in us produceding a full thermal model and sun-path analysis of the building using modelling software to ensure accurate diversified building loads were calculated.
