B&W performed a peer review of the Vida Residences located in downtown Dubai next to the iconic Dubai Mall.The development comprises of two towers and a podium, tower 1 houses the Vida Hotel and serviced apartments, tower 2 is for Vida Branded Residential units. Both towers accommodate 195 hotel keys, 380 serviced apartments and 240 branded residential units.
