Black & White were engaged by H2O to undertake a mechanical survey and review of guest floors Level 7 and 8-1 in this iconic hotel in Central London, focusing on the systems recently installed by a previous contractor. H2O had been asked by ISG to provide aid with accelerating the mechanical system installations to maintain programme deadlines for commissioning and ceiling closures.
Our report provided an independent marker review of the contract documents and recently installed mechanical systems in coordination with the electrical and public health (MEP) systems.
Black & White provided observations and recommendations to H20/ISG and the wider design team on the potential issues observed and perceived risks on the programmed works of the hotel fit-out.
