An 8 MW new build extension to an existing data centre to the west of London. A concurrently maintainable design solution delivered within a confined site adjacent a live facility within a challenging program for a leading UK colocation provider. The building incorporated an isolated redundant UPS topology, new MV services and high efficiency air cooled chillers. Delivering a market leading sub 1.25 PUE.
The design has been taken from Stage 3 to Stage 4C, included extensive CFD modelling and detailed review of the infrastructure systems to allow integration to the existing primary infrastructure.
