Black & White provided site supervision, including testing and commissioning support for MEP systems (relative to life safety) for the Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi. The project comprises of approximately 370 guestrooms, a serviced apartment tower, and approximately 93 villas.
The provision of MEP design services includes various enhancements such as the creation of two new swimming pools, creation of four new plunge pools, creation of a new junior ballroom, creation of two new meeting rooms and associated breakout space, and creation of 32 new kitchenettes.
