The development involves the conversion of four existing office blocks into residential apartments. The renovation will provide 257 apartments in total, comprising a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and duplex apartments. The new apartments will be provided over the 8 floors and basement level.
The existing buildings will be stripped back to their concrete structure and refurbished with a new external façade, glazing system and a new internal fit-out.
B&W have been appointed to provide technical design for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the scheme.
