This ultra high rise iconic mixed use development will contain a 90-room boutique hotel on levels 70-99, and 32 floors of offices and serviced apartments.
Appointed directly and collaborating with architect Broadway Malyan, B&W created a detailed concept stage energy model. Utilising this analysis, the team designed a building requiring 30% less cooling than comparable buildings, significantly reducing plant, riser space requirements and costs,
proving sustainability need not mean increased costs.
