ELV design consultancy services – G+LG+G+5 floors, the hotel contains 280 keys of guest rooms and suites, three restaurants, beach bar facility, spa and wellness, four restaurants, a rooftop bar, six meeting rooms and an 800-person ballroom.
B&W’s scope was to provide only ELV design services including Audio Visual, IT and security to all of the areas listed above and all other public areas.
