Mall of Oman

Black & White provided MEP load analysis and schematic design for this 278,700m² mall, implementing best practical serviceable retail solutions with best load reduction philosophies, in order to create a top class low-energy shopping destination. In addition to the MEP systems, Black & White’s services also included design of the ICT, BGM, and security systems throughout the mall.

This mall will be the largest integrated retail, leisure, and entertainment destination in the Sultanate of Oman, featuring 350 stores in a 137,000m² retail space.
