Linklaters relocated their UAE headquarters to a 1,208m² site in the newly opened Currency House, part of the prestigious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) district.
Office fit-out consist of a mix of cellular, open plan office space, meeting rooms, utility rooms and a reception.
The brief was for a high specification office utilising low energy design through the use of high efficiency luminaires, daylight and occupancy sensors and variable air volume distribution systems.
