Black & White was appointed to deliver a concept scheme design for 6,500 apartments in 36 high-rise residential towers. The project also included detailed design of 14 high-rise development, 35- to 45-storey residence apartment building, with 5-storey mixed-use podium that includes a car park, retail, and leisure facilities.
