Black & White was the lead design consultant for this 8.4 MW IT load data centre through the design and construction stages, working closely with the client team, Architect, QS, Structural/Civil Engineer, and FLS Consultant, along with the local master developer. The client’s standardised EMEA data centre design standards were followed, but had to be realigned to suit local code, climate, and construction market.
