MEP design services for the shell and core fit out of the Brasserie Flo Restaurant at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The restaurant consists of internal dining area, private dining room, external open dining area, BOH cooking/hot kitchen and dish / pot wash areas. The indoor / closed area is approx. 300m² and the total number of internal seats is 70.
