Black & White provided full MEP and AV/IT Design Services for the conversion of an existing building to a multi-use building including shopping mall, cinema, serviced apartments, medical centre, offices and a basement level car park, play area and bowling alley. Total floor area of the project is 83,500m².
The main challenge was to fit the services into the already planned building shell. Over 1,200 drawings were produced in the five-month design period which progressed as the contractor continued to construct the building to meet the overall construction programme for the master development.
