Full MEP design and LEED accreditation (Gold) for twin luxury residential towers of 42-storeys each. The project included basement car parking, and common podium including high end F&B and retail, and a communal facilities zone including gym, pool, kids play area and function rooms. As part of our LEED assessment, detailed thermal modelling and sunpath analysis was carried out early to allow definition of the optimum building orientation and glazing properties and proportions of glazing as part of the façade.
Our scope was to provide full MEP design services for the building and also full design of AV/IT and Vertical Transport. The AV/IT solution provided facilities within each apartment to accommodate smart home technologies – AV, Blinds, AC & security controls.
