MEP and IT systems design and fit-out of three floors of an office development. The Urban Planning Council comprises of cellular office space, meeting rooms, open plan admin space and conference rooms. Controls enabled the project to save energy through intelligent control solutions and lighting design. Zoning strategies enable the perimeter areas to maximise daylight utilisation through daylight sensors. Integration of time clocks, occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, dimming ability and appropriate zoning has allowed comprehensive control over the space.
