The 60 London Wall project is a major redevelopment of a large City of London office, initially constructed in 1991. The existing office will be stripped back and rebuilt with a contemporary new façade and an additional four floors to increase the total area to almost 30,000m². The mixed-use building will provide efficient high quality modern grade A office accommodation with a prime retail offering at ground floor level.
Black & White were appointed to undertake a peer review of the MEP systems and provide value engineering opportunities.
