B&W has been appointed to provide MEP and LEED design services for an upcoming 5 star hotel in Jeddah. The project is a mixed use development consisting of:
- 5 star hotel – approx 350 rooms including approximately 50 suites and ‘special’ rooms
- Four food & beverage facilities including two specialty restaurants, one ‘all day dining’ restaurant, one lobby lounge and one pool bar.
- Approx. 5,200m² of conferencing/meeting & banqueting areas.
- Serviced apartments of high quality totalling 190 units spread across 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms units.
- A retail mall totalling approximately 30,000m² of leasable area.
