B&W has been appointed to provide MEP and Specialist Design Services for a 5 Star Hotel Project in Syria, with function centre and serviced apartments
At the heart of the overall master plan, the hotel will be the landmark of the site, both architecturally and programmatically. Besides the hotel and function centre, it comprises a 100m tower with serviced apartments. Its location, next to the key pedestrian entrances of a shopping centre, faces a square that will be the civic focus of the whole development and its most prestigious address.
