Black & White Engineering collaborate with TW International Counsel (TWIn)

Black & White are delighted to announce that we have signed a memorandum of understanding with Singaporean specialist MEP consultancy TW International Counsel Pte Ltd (TWIn) with the purpose of developing a fruitful working relationship in Singapore and parts of Asia.

This strategic alliance brings together TWIn’s regional expertise in the Advanced Technology and Commercial sectors with Black & White’s global experience across several sectors including Advanced Technology, Retail, Hospitality and Super High Rise.

Both companies have deep rooted traditions in complex MEP intensive projects with international clients and have agreed to collaborate throughout Asia.

Established since 2000 as a professional consultancy in Singapore, TWIn’s services include specialist consultancy for site engineer survey, technical due diligence, concept design, detailed design, CFD modelling, construction observation, field testing and commissioning of installed systems for mission-critical projects.
