Black & White is thrilled that Jamie Darragh, one of our youngest engineers, has been recognised for his hard work, dedication and engineering brilliance by winning the Young Engineer of the Year Award category in the 2015 Middle East MEP Awards.
Jamie is a highly committed engineer having obtained chartered engineer status at only 28, he holds an MSc Project Management (Distinction), BEng (Honours) in Building Services Engineering and a Foundation Degree in Electrical Engineering (Distinction). He vigorously pushes energy conscious sustainable design and is accredited with the BRE. He is responsible for the development of B&W’s design mind set in adherence to LEED, Estidama and the Dubai GBG.
Jamie’s win means we now have 4 B&W engineers who have won Engineer of the Year awards since 2010. This demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting the ongoing development and personal growth of our talented team and providing them with opportunities to put into practise innovative ideas and solutions for our valued clients.
