Josh started his apprenticeship at the Rolls-Royce Training Centre in September 2012, learning various aspects of engineering which provided an excellent foundation for him to enter the industry. These areas of engineering included Manual Turning, CNC Programming, Fitting, Electrical & Computer Aided Design.
Out of all the various elements of engineering, Josh enjoyed design the most and decided to pursue a career in MEP consultancy. As part of our ongoing commitment to staff training and development, Josh has already commenced the next stage of his career and completed the first year of a foundation degree in Building Services Engineering. Upon completion he hopes to join the degree course at Northumbria University.
